A tracking number is provided to the customer to track their order. Shipments are processed within 1 to 3 days. Once processed, the shipping times are as follows:
- United States: 2 to 6 business days.
- Europe: 2 to 6 business days.

The process is very simple:
- Choose your preferred photo by clicking the "choose photo" button. (Try to upload a photo with good quality.)
- Select your favorite style.
- Choose the size of the canvas.
- We’ll take care of the rest!

Canvases are made by digital art. Then printed into a canvas.
You can choose from three styles:
- Your natural photo (as you provide it).
- Impressionist.
- Oil.

How is the custom process?
Once we have your chosen photo and style, we take care of modifying and carefully reviewing the image to ensure a perfect result. Just upload your photo, and we’ll take care of the rest!
Which size do I choose?
We have three sizes available:
- 20x20 cm
- 20x25 cm
- 20x30 cm
Photos taken with a mobile phone often have a vertical orientation. If you choose the square format of 20x20 cm, don’t worry; we carefully adjust the composition of your image to fit perfectly into the square format without losing the most important elements. We ensure that the result is always spectacular!
Is my photo good enough?
If you have uploaded a high-quality image with good lighting, you have nothing to worry about.
We analyze the photos before producing the orders, so if the photo is not suitable for the chosen artistic style, we will contact you via email to discuss possible options to ensure your canvas turns out perfect.
Quality materials
We guarantee the highest quality of our canvases thanks to the use of the best materials.
The frames are made from FSC-certified wood from responsibly sourced materials.
The canvas is a blend of cotton and polyester, weighing 300-350 g/m² and with a thickness of 350-400 microns.
The hanging kit is included with each canvas.
The thickness of the canvases is 2 cm.
